The raw material storehouse - logs

The technological process inside the raw material storehouse insures the taking over, the conservation, the preservation and the logs preparation for the timber manufacturing.

The taking over and the selection of the logs

After they are off-loaded from the carrier vehicles the next process is the quantitative reception, every log is measured piece by piece after its length and its diameter.

The quality reception is done visually.

The logs mustn’t have flaws that are not allowed by the standing standards.

Because the cutting-off is done with the help of a saw mill, the elaboration of the cutting-off models is based on the quality and on the size of log’s diameter.

The wood that is not adequate to the cutting-off process is valued either as chipboard, hardboard or fire wood.
