Manufacturing unit

The logs’ cutting-off and their transformation in timber take place in the manufacturing unit.

Through the logs’ manufacturing process we intend to value the quality of the logs at its best,  that is why we are paying attention to the features of the entire surface so as to obtain maximum range of quality and quantity and to achieve all assortments of timber within the specified dimensions and the required quality.

The technological flow in beech (Fagus sylvatica) wood timber process 

The beech wood timber manufacturing consists of:

  • supplying with logs from the storehouse
  • cutting off the logs into timber
  • drawing out the timber (to remove defects)
  • the raw timber is worked out with the help of the circular saw
  • pieces of timber remains, scraps and sawdust are being removed from the manufacturing unit
